Once we receive your form, our team will begin working on your presskit right away. When it’s ready, you’ll receive it at the email address you provided.

What if I want to make changes after seeing the design?

You’ll have two free rounds of feedback. Please be as specific as possible so our designers can achieve the exact result you’re looking for.

How long will it take?

Once we receive your completed form, our team will begin working on your presskit.
Delivery time is typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on workload and client response time.

This timeframe does not include feedback or revision periods. You have two (2) free opportunities to provide feedback, and each feedback round may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to process. Any extra feedback rounds beyond the included two (2) will incur a $20 USD fee per round.

Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include feedback or revision periods. Each round of feedback requires approximately 3 to 5 additional business days for processing and implementation.

You are entitled to two (2) free feedback rounds. Any additional feedback rounds will incur a fee of $20 USD each.

Delays in providing requested information or assets (such as photos, biography details, or brand references) may also extend the overall delivery timeline.

Revisions and Feedback

Each order includes two (2) free feedback rounds.
Feedback must be clear and specific to help our designers achieve the desired result.
Any additional revision beyond the two included rounds may incur an extra fee.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because all our services are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.

Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you (the client) receive the right to use the final delivered presskit for personal and professional promotion.
Dropkit retains ownership of all design files, creative assets, and templates used during production.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

All materials (photos, logos, text, etc.) you provide are your property or properly licensed.
You have the rights to use any third-party content you submit.
Dropkit will not be liable for copyright or trademark issues resulting from content provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Dropkit is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incomplete submissions or lack of communication.
Losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of your presskit materials.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

Privacy

All personal and creative information submitted via our form will be used solely to complete your order.
We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (for example, file storage or delivery).

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You hereby grant Dropkit a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.
